16. Did you know?

Along with the 1100 acres of row crops, the North Central Research Station also has a 3-acre high density Apple Orchard designated for research. 

Throughout March the orchard staff worked on pruning the trees to prepare them for the growing season ahead.  Pruning Trees is crucial for maintaining plant health and producing high quality fruit for years to come.
